We were alittle disappointed with the appearance, you drive in and see trashy rvs that live there, the playground needed trimmed up, the swimming pool had grass growing in the pool area. If you are going to camp there ask to be by the pool, only place that looked nice.

Nice quiet RV park, just off KS Hwy 50, only 10-15 min to I-35. Lots of spots, 3 large mostly trailer parking areas, separated by small ponds. You can see they're working on it

We ( family of 6) stayed the two night minimum at the standard cabins. They were in poor condition. We have stayed at state park cabins that were much nicer for about the same price. The Capet was nasty and one sink didn’t drain. It came with beds for 6. It had a shower and kitchen with pots and pans etc. the good, was the pool was clean and good sized. It had a weekend kitchen that serves food. It was good priced. We meet nice people who are staying here but I don’t think we will come back soon.

This was our first time staying here, just passing thru. We got in at 4:30 and the office was closed. They didn't answer the phone and we had reservations. There wasn't any after hours check in. So we were stuck wondering what to do. I walked up to the door and there sit 2 ladies inside the office ignoring the phones. They were confused that we were there because we had reservations. They did take care of us, but they get 3 stars for lack of customer service. The camp is kind of run down. There were no rules on their info sheet. One camper had a big home made dog house with a big dog in it and no one was home. Some sites were filled with lots of stuff. The camp is spread out with a lot of small ponds. The geese were finding it very enjoyable too.It was very quiet at this time of year. There seemed to be a lot of permanent people and families living here. We didn't use any of the facilities. The dog park was big, but the one bench in there was broke and unsafe to sit on. There was a garbage can for poop bags, but be sure to bring your own bags. There was a very small bag holder that appeared to be empty. Some of the campsites have lots of room and others are close together. We might stay here again if we can get someone to answer the phone or the door when we come in.
